Grammy Award-winning singer, Ciara Princess Harris is set to leave for the prestigious Harvard University Business School.
The mother of two gained admission into Harvard’s Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program and will be attending classes in Cambridge, Mass.
Ciara couldn’t contain her excitement as she broke the news on her Instagram page. She shared a photo of herself sporting a Harvard sweatshirt with the caption:
“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for. This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!”
She went on to thank the instructor of the school, Professor Anita Elberse for granting her the opportunity.

The singer seems to be blooming as she recently launched her own record label called Beauty Marks Entertainment which consists of a business model built on fully supporting the artist. The female-led enterprise places Ciara at the forefront of forward-thinking entertainers taking an entrepreneurial approach to their careers. In addition, she released her first album under the record label titled Beauty Marks.
