Mr. Liang Hua said, “Before the month of May, Huawei has grown strongly. After being placed on the list of entities by the United States, Huawei continued to grow due to lack of market activity. The group is still facing very significant difficulties that could temporarily slow our pace of growth. However, we will not change direction. We are confident and we will continue to invest in our various projects. We still have the ambition to invest 120 billion yuan in Research and Development for the year 2019. I am confident that Huawei will enter a new development cycle after overcoming the current difficulties.”
