Adamu was also a former minister during Buhari’s first term in office.
He said: “I started working as speechwriter to President Buhari in 1994 up till 1999. I later became his unofficial speechwriter until he became president. Now that he is president, I think it is a collective responsibility and it doesn’t affect my job,” he said.
The former minister of education revealed also that the ministry witnessed a reduction in the number of out-of-school children in the country during his leadership.
